Morton Pinpoint offers a professional and personalized service to all our tenants and can assist tenants find properties to rent to meet their needs.
Below is some information all prospective tenants need to know but for more information please fill in your details in the Personal Property Profile on the type, area and price range of property you are interested in.

All tenants must sign a tenancy agreement and should retain a copy of this for future reference. A valid form of identification will be required ie: current passport, driving license or birth certificate.

All rent must be paid monthly in advance.

A deposit of one month’s rent is required from all tenants before they take possession.  This deposit is refunded at the end of the tenancy, subject to an inspection of the property by Morton Pinpoint and confirmed that the property is in the same condition as at the start of the lease.

All tenants are required to provide a guarantor for the length of your tenancy. The guarantor will be responsible for any unpaid rent, and or damage caused to the property.

An inventory of the contents will be carried out, agreed and signed at the commencement of the tenancy.

Viewings of available properties will be with a Morton Pinpoint representative who will be able to offer advice and answer any queries.  These appointments will e agreed at a mutually suitable time, which could be in the evening or over a weekend, subject to the Landlord’s permission.
